Will the rear seat from R1200R fit to a RS?

    it looks like that the rear seat from a R1200R is more flat than from R1200RS. Can it be changed?

    It should fit. Both Comfort pillion seats have the same part number.
    The R shows 2 pillion seats so you need to research that.

    R and RS have the same seats possibilities, but they are delivered with different seats by default, thicker on the RS for both the driver and the pillion. But all seats combinations works on both the R & the RS.

    The thinner R pillion seat will fit the RS but it won't be as comfortable.

    Thx for your answers! Now bought a used one from R. Will show a foto if it is mounted on my RS.

    I did exactly that and it looks much better especially as I have the rear rack removed. Ideally I would like a cowl to give it a more sporty look but don't see any of the usual vendors listing anything.

    I agree. Also if you are not interested in pillion carrying I bought the R&G exhaust hanger kit that lets you remove the rear footrests. Not sure what look you are after but it looks nice.

    yep. Exhaust hanger will be a good idea..... Thinking about making it by myself.....
