Ponhaus (Scrapple), Hog Maw (stuffed pig stomach), etc..........makes Haggis look like French cuisine...........

The PA Dutch (17 and 18th century German Lutheran immigrants from Hesse, Brandenberg and Mecklenberg, etc.) had no shame in using the pig feed (corn) on their dinner table. Spices? They had salt.
