Discussion in 'USA Northeast Riders' started by Mr. 36654, May 17, 2017.
Just so it appears that something happens in the Northeast of the USA.
How about a RTE somewhere in the Northeast
There's more than enough comedy coming out of Washington to know that SOMETHING is happening in NE USA
but good to know you're alive
According to the forums definition of the NE USA, DC and the Trump OutHouses are outside our region. True, the current Mrs Trump and her Secret Service and DoD staff do reside in NYC at our expence.
Having no clue on what a RTE is, I'm not sure how to respond.
Ride To Eat
What part of CT are you in
I'm in Norwalk
Ah, Norwalk. I knew you well........
75-mph, bumper to bumper and the passing lane packed
The Merritt bridges are so pretty
Total faith in the driver ahead and behind.
We all get home tonight!
Where are you located
I-80 Exit 161 in PA. Pretty much the center of the state and close to a lot of good riding.
Had a very nice ride thru Northcentral PA this afternoon. Almost crossed the NY border, but stopped for a coffee in Wellsboro. Route 6 is becoming quite a ghost town of failed tourist businesses.
While departing the coffee shop, I met a group of Genuine Scooter Pilots doing a tour from Carlisle, PA. Interesting and fun looking group of misfits. Kinda envied them.
We almost rode to Lehighton for lunch, but got a late start.
If you're into clubs, there's a Lehigh Valley Club in the Lehighton area and the MACPAC.org group in SE PA
While it was relatively hot by afternoon (low to mid-90's), I was able to get in about 300-miles of two-lane riding up in the northern tier of PA. Not many folks out and darn few bikes.
Guess I need to plan a trip up.
Make it a weekend and enjoy the ride.
Fabulous day for riding. Great temps and a nice, gusty breeze. But, it is Amish courting season, so lots of buggy traffic on the ridges.
FWIW The BMW Motorcycle owners of Vermont have a monthly breakfast. This month it is at Tozier's July 2nd, 9:30 am 2678 River St. Bethel, Vt

Thanks for posting. It was getting pretty darn lonely representing the whole northeast USA.
BTW - VT is a great place to be and ride.
