    Today at 1234 precisely. ....
On the A17 Long Sutton bypass,a lovely Lupin heading west. You was flashed and waved to by a devilishly handsome young man(you wouldn't have seen the mischievous glint in his eye cos of his sunglasses) in a white DAF 105 with a red trailer.

Spotted, handsome chappie in a Daf!! Was waving frantically, flashing lights, I thought, look out, trouble ahead, then thought speed trap, then thought nah, maybe its just Bravo spotting another fast Lupin!!! :) Oh, just to say, I shot off up to Middlesborough, 3 hrs 10 there and 3 back, what a bike, first time I have really been on it for a whole day, it impresses me more and more.

Is this "spotting" activity uniquely British? What with "train spotters" and the like?

Reading this thread, it would appear that about 90% of the RS's spotted are the Lupin blues, this leads me to the conclusion that either :
    1) The Lupin blues are much slower, therefore enabling them to be seen !
    or
    2) They are becoming incredibly common !
So glad I bought the red framed rocket !
Oh, and just spotted a Lupin blue pottering slowly around Albox in Andalucia.
