    Here is a small U.S. company that buys a cheap 229cc Chinese engine, installs it in their own chassis and sells it for more than I would pay. They make three different models that seem to be mostly a styling exercise. No doubt most of the body parts are handmade, so I guess it is expensive to produce, even with that cheap, low power, they-make-a-million-of-them-each-year-in-China, engine: https://www.janusmotorcycles.com/halcyon-250-motorcycle/

    Oh, I think they're nice to look at, but any current 300~390cc offering would be more logical.

    Maybe if you took off the valve cover it would look more authentic. Seriously, rigid frame? Carburetor?
