At last picked up my new RS frozen bronze +black. Traded in GS iconic. Full option minus alarm. No clonking 1st gear shift assist that they have finally sorted. Plus they've now fitted shaft drive damper. Bloody love it. Am told it's the first one of this new coulor 2018 model sold and registered in U.K. Could do with a decent screen and hugger.

That was my first choice of coulor but then saw the 2018 choice and changed my order. As to no photos. I wish I new how to post them from my I phone. I'm a bit thick on techno stuff. If someone could tell me I'd have a go. But explain to a 5yr old please. I could then post a photo of my 1st BMW 1000rs. Ref no PAM301R. Brought to England by George White Swindon. When he and other dealers were invited to the factory in Germany to try out the very first production models off the assembly line and then told to take them back to the uk to use as demo bikes. I never gave him a chance because I was in the showroom when he arrived back and it took me five days and £355. Yes that was the price new. To get him to sell it to me. BMW told them to keep as demos for 3months. Money talks. All waved under his nose in old pound notes. I had the money due to selling my road race sidecar outfit. Bloody best bike on road at time. So it's brill to have the 1200 latest version of it.

So, see the upload file button down below to the right - click that - then you will see a pop up that says - choose file - click that. Now you should see all thrills on your device, find photos , choose one - select and bobs your uncle . Stop teasing us, sounds like you've got some great images to share !

Out of Cost Cutting in shipment costs at BMW, I've picked up rumours that the 2017 models are shipped using old fashioned sail boats. Once they manage to make the dreaded Cape Of Good Hope, they should hit land Down Under about a quarter of year after that...

Or join a paid or free Piccy Share Program such as Smug Mug, right click the image, click "Copy Image Adres", go to your posting, click the piccy icon (the sun with the mountain next to the smiley and camera piccy), past the adres of your piccy, presto.

possibly stopped off in the penal colonies of straya where after some weeks of whoring the drunken sailors continued on their voyage across the ditch to godzone only to founder on a sandbar and drown. Alas all is lost and I will have to wait for the 2018 model which should get here around 2020 - bugger.

Enjoy that bike. I'll be looking to get the bronze model myself. I was wondering what the colors are of the saddlebags and rear mount. Are there black options or is it only the light grey? I couldn't image the grey looking very good, but searching online, I haven't found any pictures of the 2018 model with bags on.
